The Arbitration Sub-committee is a vital pillar of DOHS Banani, nominated by the Executive Committee to maintain social harmony. With a legacy of over 8 years of consistent service, our members are dedicated to resolving disputes with fairness and transparency.
Headed by a nominated President and permanent residents, the committee ensures that every resident's grievance is heard and addressed through proper administrative channels.

Disposal of Cases
Receipt of Complaint
Complaints are formally received through the Executive Committee, Senasadar, or Cantonment Board.
Hearing & Examination
Detailed examination of relevant documents and hearings are conducted with all parties involved.
Amicable Settlement
Whenever possible, issues are settled amicably through mediation and mutual understanding.
QMG Branch Referral
Complex cases are referred to the Senasadar QMG’s Branch for final hearing and implementation.
